About this program
Funding is available to build and expand training capacity that advances skills and knowledge for clean energy workers in the areas of energy efficiency and building electrification, renewable energy, energy storage, smart grid, and electric vehicle charging stations. This solicitation may also support the enhancement of clean energy content delivered to students enrolled in a degree or certificate program at an accredited educational institution or an eligible career and technical education program. Funding is intended to minimize barriers to training by subsidizing the cost of training, making training more available across the state and ensuring that training is developed and delivered by qualified entities targeted at meeting demonstrated market gaps and needs.
